Dear BigFish sends its sincerest condolences to Jake’s family and friends, Anthem for Maria, and The Vineyard Management.

Jake & his music impacted us all and we are so grateful to have shared the stage with him multiple times. His legacy will live on forever in our hearts. May he rest in peace 🕊️

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jake Palmaso, guitarist of Anthem for Maria.

Our hearts go out to his family, friends, bandmates, and everyone whose lives he touched through his music and presence. The local music community has lost a talented artist, and he will be remembered for the passion, creativity, and energy he shared with those around him.

Rest in peace, Jake. Thank you for the music and the memories.

This heartbreaking loss also reminds us of the importance of mental health. To everyone reading this: please check in on your friends, family members, and loved ones. A simple conversation, message, or act of kindness can make a difference. We may not always know the battles someone is facing, so let us continue to look out for one another and create spaces where people feel heard, supported, and valued.
