Hello, I’m Rome
here to share my vision on how it felt through photographs.

Finally posting my film photo set of and church wedding. Really excited to find couples like them—who share the same love for nostalgia and the magic that film brings. After shooting weddings for a couple of years now, I’m slowly growing into my own perspective of what really matters. I lean more toward showing what actually happened, breaking away from the usual templates that work for others. I want my photos to become memories—something you can feel again, even 5 or 10 years down the line. A reminder of the past, for the present. ❤️‍🔥

She said yes!

A few days ago, Kiwon messaged me with a plan—timing, location, setup, even a message written in Korean on the grass. He had everything thought out, and I was excited to document it for them.

Yvette’s reaction was such a joy to witness. Nothing beats that “OMG, it’s really happening” look.
Thank you for letting us in this moment of yours and letting me take film photos. It was such a nice experience. Congrats!!!

Wherever I shoot, I carry the same intention: to tell the story the way it feels.

With Inna and Nev, it was all about presence—exploring, taking in the place, and especially, enjoying each other. No pressure. Just the freedom to be themselves. That kind of energy is everything. ❤️‍🔥

Capping off the month of May with Gabby and Elijah’s wedding. Weddings like theirs make me feel most at home—unfolding naturally, filled with meaning.

They welcomed us like friends, opened their home, and let us in to celebrate and experience the day with them. It’s moments like these that remind me I’m finding the right couples—those who truly resonate with the kind of photographs I love taking.

Thank you Elijah & Gabby! ❤️‍🔥

Enzo and Angel’s wedding felt like sunshine—light, joyful, and full of life. The energy from their friends and family made everything feel so easy and fun.

I barely had to direct anything—they were just being themselves, and that’s when the magic happens.

Everything on film ❤️‍🔥

I went into Gelo and Acey’s wedding with no shot list—just wanted to be present and let the day unfold. That’s the thing with film: no instant previews, just trusting yourself to stay in the moment.

They wanted everything documented on film, which I was genuinely excited (and honestly, passionate) about. No screens, no re-dos—just soaking it all in and doing your best to catch what really matters.
They were kind enough to treat us like guests (the food was so good, by the way), and the whole day felt light, warm, and real.

Film gives you that. It’s like opening a gift days later—you never know exactly what you’ll get, but when it hits, it hits deep. The blurry laughs, the stillness in between, the kind of magic you didn’t even know you caught.

This is why I’m excited and will keep shooting film—for its honesty, the surprise, and the quiet beauty of moments like these.

Following the rhythm of the day, that’s what Kurt and Billie did, and we had the best time documenting it. The kind of photos you don’t overthink, you just take. What an experience to be part of that day!

Photographed on film ❤️‍🔥

Nice to be working with:

I hope these photos bring you back— to the peace of that Sunday morning, to the quiet joy of being surrounded by the ones who’ve known you best, to the cake you decorated together (that was fun!).

From an unexpected meeting online—thanks to your sister—to a wedding across the world, this celebration felt like a gentle pause. A moment to honor your story, your love ones, and this beautiful beginning.

Barbs and Isaac, your love was joyful, easy, and so full of heart.

Sophia & Andrei

"There’s something special about capturing love on film, especially when it’s as raw and grounded as Andrei and Sophia’s."

These two first met back in grade school, and their connection has only grown stronger over the years. They decided to keep things simple—a small wedding at the Supreme Court of the Philippines, surrounded by just close friends and family. No big frills, just a day that was all about them and the commitment they’re making to each other.

What made this even more meaningful for me was shooting on analog film. Using my old-school camera gave each moment a raw, unfiltered feel. No digital touch-ups, just the genuine moments, captured as they unfolded. It’s a slower, more intentional way of shooting, but that’s what makes it feel so honest.

Andrei and Sophia are now starting a new chapter in Australia, but these photos will always take them back to this moment, here in Manila, where it all became official.

If you have the same vibe and you’re thinking of keeping your wedding small and meaningful, I’d love to document your day. Let’s capture the real and unscripted moments. 📷
