Nakikiisa ang Commission on Elections sa pagdiriwang ng 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆 tuwing Agosto 12, alinsunod sa 𝗨𝗡 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟵 at sa 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟭𝟵𝟭𝟯 o 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝘁, bilang pagkilala sa mahalagang ambag ng kabataan sa lipunan at kanilang makabuluhang partisipasyon sa pagsusulong ng demokrasya at kaunlaran ng bayan. Sa kanilang sigla, talino, at tapang nakasalalay ang patuloy na pagbabago at pag-unlad ng ating bansa.
