Please be guided by the following important dates and policies for the upcoming 3rd Term:

𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲
• February 23–28, 2026 – Regular Enrollment Period
• March 2–14, 2026 – Late Enrollment Period

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• March 2, 2026 – Start of 3rd Term Classes
• March 2, 2026 – Start of uniform wearing for continuing students
• April 6, 2026 – Start of uniform wearing for new students and transferees

𝗜𝗗 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀
• March 28, 2026 – Deadline for ID Validation Stickers for CAPSBE students entering NUNS only
• March 30, 2026 – Start of ID Violation implementation

Please note that ID validation stickers are no longer required for students except for CAPSBE.

The ITSO Office will automatically validate student IDs once the enrollment status is reflected as “𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱” in the student’s NUIS account. There is no need to visit the ITSO Office. ID validation will be completed the following day after enrollment is officially reflected in the system.

All students are advised to enroll within the prescribed schedule and strictly comply with the university’s uniform and ID policies to avoid any inconvenience.

We’re happy to share that our outreach event, Handog Ngiti 2025, is happening on December 6, 2025! As we prepare for this meaningful activity, we are now welcoming in-kind donations to help bring joy and support to our beneficiaries this festive season.
