Findings:
🔴 Crack widths measured beyond 3mm — exceeding acceptable serviceability limits for reinforced concrete
🔴 Cracking present on both slab and wall elements
🔴 Several cracks are through-and-through, indicating full-depth section separation rather than surface (cosmetic) distress
🔴 Active displacement observed at wall-slab junctions

Engineering Assessment:
Given the crack widths and through-and-through nature of the damage, these conditions are classified as critical, indicating unsafe structural conditions.

Recommendation:
⚠️ The property owner is advised to restrict access to and avoid using any wall or area where crack widths exceed 3mm until further structural evaluation and remediation works are carried out.

A detailed engineering report with retrofitting/repair recommendations to follow.
