The most dangerous liquid in your kitchen isn’t the bleach under the sink.
It isn’t the drain cleaner.
It is the clear, golden liquid sitting right next to your stove.
They call it “Vegetable Oil.”
This is the most brilliant marketing lie in the English language.
There is not a single vegetable in that bottle.
In the 1800s, this fluid wasn’t classified as food.
It was classified as Industrial Lubricant.
It was the byproduct of the cotton and soap industries.
It was dark, smelly, and poisonous.
They used it to make candles.
They used it to grease the gears of heavy machinery.
But when electricity killed the candle market, they had millions of gallons of sludge with nowhere to go.
So they didn’t change the product.
They changed the Customer.
To turn industrial lubricant into something humans could consume, they put it through a process that would terrify you if you saw it.
Extraction: They bathe the seeds in Hexane (a neurotoxin) to strip the oil.
Refining: They heat it to dangerous temperatures, oxidizing the fats instantly.
Bleaching: They wash it with chemicals to turn the grey sludge white.
Deodorizing: They pump it with chemicals to mask the smell of rancid fish.
The result is a “Zombie-Oil.”
In 1900, heart disease was a medical rarity.
Most doctors went their entire careers without seeing a heart attack.
For thousands of years people were cooking with Butter, Lard, Tallow, and Ghee.
Then, in 1911, Procter & Gamble introduced Crisco (hydrogenated cottonseed oil).
In the 1950s, the “Lipid Hypothesis” was born, demonizing animal fats.
By 1980, we had completely replaced traditional fats with industrial seed oils (Soybean, Corn, rice bran , Canola).
The Result?
• Heart Disease: Skyrocketed to become the #1 killer globally.
• Obesity: From 10% to over 40%.
• Diabetes: An epidemic that didn’t exist a century ago.
The Lesson:
When you remove seed oils, your body remembers what it was designed to do.
Your inflammation drops.
Your energy stabilizes.
Your skin clears.
Your joints stop aching.
This is what normal feels like when you stop poisoning yourself three times a day.

It takes me 5 years to undo and rewire my brain because of 30 plus years of misinformation and lying about red meat by the main stream media.
Large population data and longevity research are increasingly showing that moderately higher cholesterol levels are not the threat they were once believed to be—and in some groups, they’re associated with longer life.
For decades, LDL was treated as the primary villain and lowering it at all costs became the default strategy, yet studies of long-living populations reveal that older adults with LDL levels around 120–140 mg/dL often outlive those who aggressively suppress it.
Cholesterol plays essential structural roles in immune resilience, hormone production, cellular repair, and neurological function, especially as we age. This is why researchers are questioning one-size-fits-all cholesterol targets and shifting focus toward inflammation, insulin resistance, metabolic health, and age context.
Cholesterol didn’t suddenly change—the framework used to judge it is what’s evolving.
