healing takes time, you don't have to rush it. start acknowledging your emotions; you have to feel all the emotions. let go of what is needed to let go, even if it will hurt, you have to let it go. and in the end within all of that, everything will be okay; you'll be fine while saying, "i can really do it." that things will get better. one day, you are no longer upset, hurt, and bothered. you will find peace in yourself and enjoy that feeling.

and always remember: hurting people back will not heal your pain, it is just helping you to live with it. so, go free yourself.

My career involves risking my life, enduring stress, combating loneliness, and sacrificing family time. Life at sea includes sea sickness, pressure, and anxiety. On some occasions, finding solace in solitude becomes necessary, allowing tears to be a cathartic release from accumulated exhaustion.
