This is how we utilized simple wall paints to divide the areas of this 31 square meter space, and make it more playful than the usual whole wall accents 😁

ARKI TIP:
You can use a tablet when measuring actual site measurements. Just snap some photos of the site and sketch on it. This way, it's easier to visualize the space compared to quick manual freehand sketches which can be quite confusing during translation to 2D and 3D digital drawings. It's more convenient and it can save you a lot of time 😁

Designing with Context

As Geologists, our clients' work time revolves around studying the Earth, rocks, and minerals, or out in the field. With this consideration, we designed their unit with soft elements such as wood and the use of light colors to contrast the hardscapes that they usually see and experience at work.

The intent is to dissociate their home from work and to create a calming, stress free space where they can just rest and chill after a long day.

As Built Documentation

Plans and elevations provided by the condominium management are not completely accurate to the unit's actual measurements, that's why we do as built documentations so we can provide the perfect design that will fit these spaces perfectly. Accuracy of measurements are critical for interior fit-out projects, especially for small spaces like this. Every millimeter counts! :)
