In reference to the 27 May 2021 Memorandum from the Executive Secretary, all INBOUND COMMERCIAL INTERNATIONAL flights to Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) shall be diverted to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) effective 00:01 of 29 May 2021 until 23:59 of 05 June 2021.

However, certain flights such as the following are NOT included in the diversion:
• Domestic flights
• Both incoming and outgoing cargo flights, and
• Departing commercial international flights

All affected passengers are advised to immediately coordinate with their respective airlines.

TRAVEL ADVISORY

With reference to IATF Res. No. 115, s. 2021 and the Memorandum from the Executive Secretary dated May 14, 2021, passengers from the following countries are temporarily restricted from entering the country via Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) until May 31, 2021, 2359H:

- India

- Bangladesh
- Sri Lanka
- Oman
- United Arab Emirates
