The heartfelt support from parents truly warms our hearts motivate and inspires us to do even more for your child's growth. Thank you for trusting Bright Gem Learning Center, N2R Pediatric Developmental Center - Mandaue City, and N2R Pediatric Developmental Center - Bohol branch, for believing our quality programs and in helping each learner reach and achieve their full potential. As we celebrate another year of achievements at Bright Gem Learning Center (BGLC) and N2r Pediatric Therapy Center, we mark the 17th anniversary of N2R and the 14th anniversary of BGLC. N2r was founded on May 29, 2009, followed by the establishment of BGLC in March 2012.

First and foremost, I thank the Lord for His guidance throughout these years. He has continuously given me the wisdom to lead this institution.

Secondly, I appreciate the loyalty and dedication of our teachers, therapists, and staff, who have consistently responded to their call to serve. Although there have been moments of uncertainty about whether our efforts were enough, we persisted in believing that consistency and dedication would promote growth and learning for our students. Yes, I know your efforts are truly valued.

Thirdly, I sincerely thank the parents for trusting our school and therapy center; our success reflects your commitment to your child's development.

Special thanks to the PTA board, especially the active President, Mommy Mary Christine Bas, whose care and advocacy have been crucial throughout this school year.
BGLC and N2r are looking forward to developing more programs tailored to your child's needs for the upcoming school year 2026-2027.

Finally, we want to thank all the teachers, led by the Head, for their invaluable support and dedication to serving.

For a decade now, BGLC and N2r have stood up. Teachers, therapists, and staff come and go in pursuit of a better future, but God is so good at always replacing the good with something better. To all who stood by me all these years, I'm forever grateful and honored for not turning their backs on me. I will always pray for you all.

May God bless us, and may the Lord guide BGLC and N2R to reach even greater heights.
