We are looking for a motivated and passionate Architectural Apprentice who is eager to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience in design and construction.

✅Assist in architectural design and drafting
✅Prepare drawings, plans, and presentations

✅Learn hands-on from licensed architects

🎓 Who We’re Looking For
Architecture graduate or graduating student with Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SketchUp / rendering tools. Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive. Good communication and teamwork skills

Why the Architects insist to design it first?

The architectural design sets the foundation for:

-other Engineering Plans (Electl, Mechl, Acoustics,Plumbing and Sanitary, Etc.)

-Without a design, there's no clear direction for how the project should look, function, or perform.

The design incorporates a modern minimalist style with a focus on functionality, natural light, and ventilation. It is designed to take advantage of the 3-meter sloping terrain, creating a unique flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. This house features three bedrooms with Toilet and bath each rooms, one guest room, shoe storage, and various modern amenities to enhance privacy and comfort.

Total Area: Approximately Two Hundred Seventy Five square meters.

Architectural Layout

Living Room is centrally located with high ceilings, creating an open and airy feel. Large sliding glass doors connect to the outdoor gardens. A central open ceiling above the Dining Area ensures an abundance of natural light. This feature allows light to flow throughout the house and enhances ventilation, creating a relaxing ambiance. The modern open kitchen that flows into the dining area. Features include sleek cabinetry, a breakfast island, and a connection to the outdoor terrace. The house has three spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms for convenience and privacy. Master Bedroom is positioned at the back, with its own parking area. The room is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, a walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom. Placed adjacent to the master is the two bedrooms, each with garden views, large windows, and plenty of storage space, with own kitchen and wardrobe area.

Garden and Outdoor Spaces

The house is surrounded by lush gardens that integrate seamlessly with the indoor spaces. Thoughtful landscaping provides privacy while adding to the aesthetic appeal. Various outdoor seating areas are designed around the house for entertaining or relaxation. The house is designed to work with the natural 3-meter slope. This allows for tiered gardens and multiple levels of outdoor spaces.

Lighting and Ventilation

Large windows and the open ceiling concept allow sunlight to pe*****te deep into the house, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day. The open-plan layout, combined with high ceilings and carefully positioned windows, ensures excellent cross-ventilation throughout the house.

Additional Features

A dedicated space for shoe storage located near the entrance for convenience. It keeps the house organized and clutter-free.

The house is designed with privacy in mind, especially for the bedrooms and personal spaces. The natural slope of the terrain further ensures that living areas are secluded.

Materials & Finishes

A combination of modern materials such as concrete, steel, and glass to give a sleek, contemporary modern look. For the interiors, the use of neutral tones, hardwood floors, and minimalist finishes to create a clean, modern ambiance.

Sustainability Features

The open ceiling design helps in reducing the need for artificial lighting. Solar panels can be integrated into the roof for sustainable energy.

Rainwater harvesting systems can be installed, especially useful in sloping terrain for garden irrigation.

This modern house design offers a perfect balance between privacy, functionality, and luxury. With its unique use of sloping terrain, open ceiling design, and focus on natural light and ventilation, it ensures a comfortable and stylish living environment.
