Shortly after the recognition at the Municipal Hall on April 20, 2026, the team was presented before the highest leadership of the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Pangasinan II.
The timing was significant, as the team arrived during a high-level Division Coordination Meeting at the Manaoag NHS Amphitheater. The amphitheater was filled with the collective leadership of the division, including Division Officials, Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs), and School Principals from across the Division.
In a moment of immense professional and academic pride, the team was presented to Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) Dr. Vivian S. Pagatpatan and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (ASDS) Dr. Russel Jim V. Tamayo.
Standing before the very officials who manage the "institutional machinery" of the division, the team showcased the fruits of their labor. The four world-ranked trophies—representing championships in E-Soccer, E-Sumo, and podium finishes in Humanoid Wrestling and Archery—served as tangible proof that the division's commitment to "upgrading and updating" Science education is yielding world-class results.
The presentation was more than just a ceremony; it was a report of success to the architects of the division’s educational policies. SDS Dr. Pagatpatan and ASDS Dr. Tamayo have been instrumental in fostering an environment where STE programs can flourish beyond the "four corners of the classroom."
Their presence, along with the other Division officials, underscored a vital message: the victory in Crete, Greece, and the previous win in Rome, Italy, are benchmarks for the entire SDO Pangasinan II.
The amphitheater erupted in applause as the school leaders witnessed the history made by:
Joeshel Caspillan
Jesfree Soriano
Brendon Esteves
Leo Wania
Josh Andrei Mendoza
Warlito Gacusan Jr.
together with their parents
Seeing the students recognized by the SDS, ASDS, and the assembly of Division Officials, Principals and Supervisors was a moving reminder that it takes a unified division to raise a global champion. The team’s success serves as an inspiration to every school in the division, proving that with the right motivation, support, and "typhoon resilience," the Filipino student can conquer any stage in the world.
To SDO Pangasinan II, thank you for being the wind beneath our wings! 🇵🇭🏆

Under the clear morning sky, the atmosphere at the Manaoag Municipal Hall was nothing short of electric today. As the town gathered for the Monday Flag Raising Program on April20, 2026, the usual start-of-the-week routine was transformed into a historic celebration of global excellence.
Standing in the open air in front of the hall, with the entire community of municipal officials and employees assembled, the STE RoboTeam Philippines of Manaoag National High School was presented to the town as the reigning back-to-back European Champions.
The presentation was led by our Local Chief Executive, Hon. Mayor Dr. Ming Rosario, together with Vice Mayor Hon. Domy Ching and the Municipal Councilors. The Brgy. Captain of Brgy. Poblacion, Hon. Jefferson Ching. There was a profound sense of pride as the Mayor introduced the team, noting that their journey from the classrooms of Manaoag NHS to the arenas of Crete, Greece, and Rome, Italy, has placed our small town on the map of international Robotics.
Mayor Rosario emphasized that this achievement is a direct result of a collaborative effort—where the LGU’s support met the grit and brilliance of our students.
As the names of our six champions were called and their four world-ranked trophies and medals were presented, a wave of applause swept through the grounds. It was a moving sight: from the highest-ranking officials to the dedicated municipal employees, everyone stood in unified appreciation. The profound applause was a tribute not just to the hardware won, but to the resilience these students showed in overcoming language barriers, extreme cold, and the pressure of the world stage.
This recognition by the LGU proves that when a community stands behind its youth, no hurdle is too high.
To the people of Manaoag, our leaders, and our supporters: these trophies belong to YOU. We are honored to have carried your spirit to Greece and back.
Manaoag is truly a home for world-class talent!
