It’s my birthday.
Yes, I’m alive. No, I didn’t join a cult. Unless you count hydration and self-worth.

This is my first post in… a lot of years, 6+ maybe? I was waiting until life felt shiny enough to share. So I went full digital hermit while quietly figuring myself out. Spoiler Alert: it took a while, but here I am. Slightly shinier.

Once upon a time, I was chasing acting/modeling roles, racing across NYC, and partying like rest was optional. Life, as it tends to do, got chaotic. I lost people. I lost direction. But somewhere between dusty dance floors, solo mornings, and the occasional existential spiral, I started piecing myself back together.

I let go of some chaos. Kept the good kind. Built better habits. Found real friends, reconnected with old ones, and, yes, after years of pretending to not to care, finally got some decent abs. It felt great.

Somewhere in all this recalibration, I started liking who I am. Not the version I thought I had to be, just the one that showed up.

This isn’t a relaunch or a comeback. Just me, returning.
Slightly older, mostly hydrated, and finally okay being seen…
More grounded, less apologetic, and for once, kind of proud.
