Meer Law advises Lhoopa on its US$80 Million equity and debt funding round. Lhoopa is a leader in the Philippine prop-tech sector and this marks one of the biggest rounds by a startup in the Philippines to date, and one of the biggest raises in Southeast Asia in 2024.
