Thirty-two years ago, when I started my career as a makeup artist and hairstylist, not many people believed in me. But I believed in my dreams and my vision. At a time when heavy makeup was the trend, I introduced the no-makeup look. Some people laughed and criticized my work—but Myrza Sison believed in me.

That belief helped me land my first cover for Preview magazine and opened doors to many opportunities here and abroad.
