Day 2 — Galatians 2 (Read My Bible Series)

Today, I tried reading The Message translation.
It’s like hearing Paul write directly to us in 2025.

This line really wrecked me (and also reminded me of my freedom): “If a living relationship with God could come by rule-keeping, then Christ died unnecessarily.”

Because the gospel was never about us trying to earn love, but about us learning to live from it.

Here’s a reminder for myself (and to you) today:
Grace doesn’t begin where effort ends. Grace begins where self ends. 🤍

It’s Day 1 of our series!
Today we’re in Galatians 1, and this thought hit me while reading:

As a copywriter, I’ve always loved grammar lessons and God spoke to me through one today.
👉 God is always the Subject.
👉 Humans are always the object.

So I broke it down by identifying the parts of the sentence (yep, grammar geek moment 🤓) and realized something so profound: even in grammar, the structure of Gospel stays the same.

It’s amazing how God can speak through whatever we love, even in syntax and sentence diagrams.
