Dry cupping is a non-invasive recovery therapy using suction to lift soft tissue, increasing localized blood flow and reducing muscle tension. It's an add-on recommended treatment for post-workout recovery, sports injuries, and myofascial release, aids in removing metabolic waste.
Sessions typically last 5-20 minutes, promoting faster recovery and pain relief.
