We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Helper/Dispatcher to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various warehouse activities and coordinating the dispatching of goods to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Your primary goal will be to support the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing incoming stock.
2. Prepare orders for delivery by picking, packing, and labeling items.
3. Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
4. Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
5. Inspect goods for damage or defects before dispatch.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
7. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
7. Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items.
8. Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a warehouse setting.
9. Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
10. Willing to work in Cupang Muntinlupa or Boni Avenue, Mandaluyong City
