Insurance 101:
Authorized Driver
Authorized driver must have a valid Driver's license with the proper restriction code... Driving an insured vehecle without the proper restriction code may be subject for denial/rejection in case of claims.

Insurance 101:
Submission of copy of Deed of Sale is immediately required once an insured vehicle has been sold to transfer the policy name to the new owner... Non submission maybe a ground for a denial/rejection in case of claim of the new owner.

Insurance 101:
In an event of claim, aside from the participation fee, the assured shall shoulder a share in cost of depreciation of parts to be replaced for vehicles MORE THAN 3 YEARS OLD.
Please see below schedule stated in the Insurance Policy.
***Damaged parts for vehicles more than 3 years old will be replaced by "brand new parts", hence a share in the cost for the parts replaced as depreciation cost will be shouldered by the assured.
