• Bonds Insurance- Added in guaranteeing that all payments of interest and principal on a bond are up to date in any event of default or demand of full repayment for an outstanding balance before the designated due date which may include the following:

1. Surety Bond- Guarantees the fulfillment of a contract and the cover of payments of one party (the principal) to another (the obligee) in the event of failure or incapacity of payment.

2. Performance Bond- A bond that one party issues to a client to guarantee the proper ex*****on of a specific obligation stated in the contract wherein in the event failure to deliver, the client is to be compensated for all the incurred monetary loss.

3. Bid Bond - Guarantees that the winning bidder will follow the project owner’s stipulated terms set in the contract in which they bid.

CGL (Commercial General Liability) Insurance - Protects an investor’s company/asset against certain malicious claims of bodily injury, personal injury and property damage from business operations or products in the business premises or in outside covered area where business transactions are undertaken.
