On ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐, the ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง and ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ซโ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ was conducted for ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก, from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. The session aimed to equip parish volunteers with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively facilitate book reading sessions for children in their community.

๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฒโ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก. The activity gathered families and parishioners in a joyful and meaningful celebration aimed at strengthening family bonds, fostering community spirit, and promoting togetherness among participants.
Through engaging and interactive games, participants were encouraged to actively participate, collaborate, and enjoy shared moments of fun and connection. The facilitation contributed to creating a lively and inclusive atmosphere that highlighted the importance of family unity, cooperation, and positive relationships within the community.

On ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐ hosted the ๐๐ค๐ข๐ข๐ช๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐๐ญ๐ฅ๐ค๐จ๐ช๐ง๐ activity as part of the ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ (๐๐) ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ program. The activity provided participants with the opportunity to engage directly with community settings and gain a deeper understanding of the realities, strengths, and challenges faced by children, families, and vulnerable groups at the grassroots level.
During the activity, SPCC-NCR allowed the participants to facilitate ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ฌ๐ฒ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ซ๐ (๐๐๐๐๐๐) sessions for the children of ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐, ๐๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ง, ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐จ, ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐. The sessions provided a safe and supportive space for children to express themselves through interactive activities that promote emotional well-being, resilience, and spiritual nurturing.

The six-day learning program provided participants with opportunities to deepen their understanding of human rights, youth participation, leadership, and community engagement through interactive discussions, workshops, and experiential learning activities.

The activity provided an opportunity for staff members to review completed activities, celebrate significant accomplishments, identify challenges encountered, and reflect on lessons learned in implementing programs and services for children, families, and vulnerable communities.
Facilitated by ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ง๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ณ, the evaluation featured collaborative discussions, reflective sessions, and team presentations that encouraged active participation and knowledge sharing among staff. The process enabled the organization to assess its performance against planned objectives and targets, ensuring that ongoing initiatives remained aligned with SPCCโs mission, vision, and strategic priorities.

๐ซ. ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐จ. The recollection provided an opportunity for staff to pause from their daily responsibilities, reflect on their personal and professional journeys, and renew their commitment to the mission of serving children, families, and vulnerable sectors.
During the recollection, Rev. Fr. W***y S. Benito reflected on the significance of Pentecost, particularly the symbol of the ๐ฉ๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ช๐๐จ ๐ค๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ that descended upon the Apostles. These tongues of fire represented the ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ, empowering the disciples with courage, wisdom, and zeal to proclaim God's message. Participants were invited to reflect on how the Holy Spirit continues to guide and strengthen them in their mission of serving children, families, and vulnerable communities.

On ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐ in partnership with ๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐๐ successfully conducted the ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐๐งโ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ with the theme, โ๐๐ค๐๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ง: ๐ฝ๐ช๐๐ก๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐๐จ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐พ๐๐๐ก๐๐ง๐๐ฃ ๐๐ค๐ฌ๐๐ง๐๐จ ๐ ๐๐ค๐ซ๐๐ฃ๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ช๐ก, ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐พ๐๐๐ก๐-๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ก๐ฎ ๐พ๐ค๐ข๐ข๐ช๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ.โ The event brought together children from different parishes within the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila to celebrate their talents, share their experiences, and strengthen their role as active members of their communities.
Participants attended interactive workshops designed around the key topics and issues identified during the Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) conducted with children from various parishes. These sessions provided a safe and engaging space for children to express their thoughts, learn about their rights and responsibilities, and discuss issues affecting their well-being and development.
The ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐๐ง'๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ also emphasized the importance of child participation, protection, and empowerment in building safe and nurturing environments. Through meaningful discussions, collaborative activities, and creative expression, the event encouraged children to become advocates for positive change and to contribute to the development of loving, peaceful, and child-friendly communities.

The culmination program served as a platform to showcase the talents and skills of the children and parish volunteers. It was also an opportunity to recognize and appreciate the efforts and participation of the children who attended the BRP sessions, as well as the dedication of the parish volunteers who supported the program.

Palomique, RSW, MMPA (SPCC-NCR Program Director) and Kathrine Alejo, RSW (SPCC-NCR Formation Coordinator). The activity was attended by youth and adult volunteers who actively participated in the discussions and learning exercises.
The formation aimed to increase awareness of child protection, personal safety, and the importance of creating safe environments for children within families, schools, communities, and church settings. Through interactive discussions, practical examples, and sharing of experiences, participants gained a deeper understanding of recognizing potential risks, responding appropriately to concerns, and promoting protective behaviors among children. The facilitators also emphasized the shared responsibility of adults and young leaders in safeguarding children's welfare and upholding their rights. The activity concluded with a commitment from the participants to apply the knowledge gained and to serve as advocates for child protection within their respective communities.
