The "Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) Strategic Planning and Pre-Deployment" was successfully conducted on June 4, 2026, led by LGOO VI Mary Rose M. Alibiano, MLGOO of DILG Maco, together with the RCSP Team. The activity was supported by Mayor Arthur Carlos Voltaire Rimando, Vice Mayor Alvera Veronica R. Rimando, and the members of the Sangguniang Bayan, who showed their commitment and support to the program. Vice Mayor Rimando also delivered an inspiring message.
A pre-deployment activity was likewise conducted in preparation for the upcoming Ugnayan sa Barangay implementation. In the afternoon, a briefing and preparatory meeting with the five (5) target barangays was held to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of RCSP activities.

The Orientation on the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) was successfully conducted on May 25, 2026, at ARR Hall in Maco. The activity gathered members of the RCSP Team to strengthen their understanding of the program and its implementation.
During the orientation, LGOO VI Mary Rose M. Alibiano discussed the objectives, strategies, and significance of the RCSP in promoting responsive governance and addressing the needs of communities. She also emphasized the important role of the RCSP Team in ensuring effective program implementation and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
The activity was strongly supported by Mayor Arthur Carlos Voltaire R. Rimando together with the heads of offices, who expressed their commitment to the successful implementation of the program and to strengthening government services for the benefit of the community.
The orientation served as an avenue for participants to gain deeper knowledge about the program and reaffirm their dedication to delivering responsive and effective public service.

Local Government Units (LGUs) primarily exercise their police power through ordinances or local laws that are legally binding within their jurisdictions.
Section 16 (General Welfare Clause) of the Local Government Code of 1991 says that every local government unit (LGU) is authorized to exercise powers necessary, appropriate, or incidental to promote the general welfare and enforce ordinances within its respective jurisdiction, including those related to peace and order, health and safety, environmental balance, economic prosperity, and social justice.
