𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲- The City Human Resource Management Office conducted an informative orientation at the Jade Hall Lot Only, Xevera, Mabalacat City.

This program aimed to equip our new casual employees with essential knowledge on:
• Organizational structure and departmental functions
• Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR)
• Leave Benefits and Policies
• Attendance Policies Compensation and Benefits
• And other important matters

This is in line with your employment contract renewal for the period of July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

Units and Offices under the Office of the City Mayor whose Casual employees were already interviewed for renewal are no longer required to attend the said meeting.
