RUNNING SNAPS : GALAXY MANILA MARATHON | Some participants run to chase glory. Some look to set PRs. Some of them want to challenge their limit, or simply enjoy the activity with family, friends, or the community.

We all run for different reasons, each valid in its own right.

I run to feel the joy and pain of being alive. And I never mind slowing down my pace to shoot a picturesque view along the way.

Just finished the material. Kwentuhan tayo bukas, chill lang. My sked is 3PM at the creative fair grounds, representing Radiant Photo PH.

I'm equally excited to sit in at the conference and listen to the afternoon talks (hopefully I make it in time) of ALT CREATIVES FEST. See you tomorrow at Alt Space Studio!

All glory to God for the strength to keep going and for watching over us as we navigated the roads today. Kudos to all the finishers of the Galaxy Manila Marathon! 👏

DETAILS OF TANGJIA | No planned route and not enough time. Just a quick wander through Zhuhai's Tangjia ancient town with a phone in hand and my curiosity wide open. We only had 60 minutes to explore these old alleyways, but every corner demanded that we slow down.

Here’s a quick, raw look at a beautiful place that definitely deserves a whole day.

LITTLE WONDERS | A share from five years ago, when I could still squeeze some free time to shoot for contests. I created this one for a "Bubbles" theme, though I can't remember exactly which competition it was for. The concept I had in mind was simple : kids in silhouette (so they could remain anonymous) blowing bubbles with a sunset sky backdrop.

What I wanted to evoke was the simple joy of childhood, the breathtaking beauty of sunsets, and the fleeting seconds of fascination when bubbles float in the air. There is a distinct magic in the things that aren't meant to last.

CONCRETE CONTEMPLATION | A relentless skyline meets a restless sky. Even under a massive blanket of gloomy clouds, Shenzhen’s architectural peaks refuse to be overshadowed.

GOLDEN HOUR SHIFT | Got bored while waiting in line to board the plane (the consequence of intentionally waiting for the last call, a friend's rockstar suggestion), so my eyes wandered around for something to snap. The outside view offered an interesting scene, with the early morning sunlight casting a contrast of light and shadows, while layers of glass introduced reflections. In a single frame are three levels of airline personnel : the ground crew with their bright-colored vests, the pilots inside the cockpit, and a jet bridge operator lurking in the background reflection.

A slice-of-life shot that shows quiet, human moments that sometimes go unnoticed in the grand scale of aviation.

Yesterday at Malolos Running Community Glow Walk. Didn't get to finish the 3-hour challenge because of the rain but what a fun event nonetheless! Kudos, MRC! 💯
