Qualifications (Unit Manager)

-At least 3 years working experience and has a track record of success; less than 3 years can be reconsidered as long as candidate has substantial and diversed exposure in financial services industry
-Experience in recruitment and sales management; preferably in the
insurance industry

Qualifications (Financial Advisors):

• Preferably with 1-2 years sales experience preferably in the financial services industry.
• Fresh graduates who want to learn and earn in this industry are also welcome to apply.
• Working experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in client management and has a business with sales more than 100k/month is a plus
• Sales experience; experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Internships while taking up undergraduate studies
