SAPIN SAPIN RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kl glutinous rice flour
- 2 cans of coconut milk
-1 can condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
-flavor extracts (violet ube, green pandan) or food coloring
-latik (toppings)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Batter:
- In a large bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
2. Sift the mixture to remove the lumps.
- Divide the batter into three equal parts, placing each portion in separate bowls.

2. Prepare the Colors and Flavors:
- In the first bowl, mix purple ube food flavoring to achieve a purple color.
- In the second bowl, mix green pandan food flavoring.
- Leave the third bowl plain for the white layer

3. Steam the Layers:
- Pour the purple (ube) batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Steam for 8 minutes or until set.
- Once the purple layer is set, pour the green (pandan) batter on top, spreading it evenly. Steam for another 8 minutes or until set.
- Finally, pour the plain (white) batter on top, spreading it evenly. Steam for an additional 8 minutes or until set.

4. Cool and Garnish:
- Allow the Sapin Sapin to cool completely before removing it from the pan / molder.
- Sprinkle the top with toasted grated coconut (latik) for added flavor and texture.

5. Serve and enjoy! ๐Ÿ˜˜

Ube Kalamay with Ube Halaya๐Ÿ’œ

Ingredients:
2 cups glutinous flour
1 can coconut milk
1 cup ube halaya
1 can ube condensed milk

Procedure:
Sa isang mixing bowl, ilagay ang glutinous flour at ibuhos ang coconut milk.
Haluin ito hangang sa matunaw ang glutinous flour.
Salain para masigurong walang buo-buo sa mixture.
Ilagay sa kawali, lagyan ng ube halaya, haluin para mag incorporate.
Dahan-dahan ibuhos ang ube condensed milk haluin para mag well blended ang mga sangkap.
Lutuin sa katamtamang lakas ng apoy sa loob ng 30 minutes o hangang sa mahirap ng haluin ang ube halaya kalamay. Tuloy-tuloy lang ang paghalo para din maiwasang huwag manikit sa ilalim ng kawali ang napakasarap na kakanin.
Kapag tuluyan ng maluto, isalin sa isang lalagyan na may sapin ng dahon ng saging.
Hiwain ng naayon sa gusto nyo at budburan ng maraming latik sa ibabaw.

(Pang isang Bilao) ๐Ÿ˜Š

1 kilo glutinous Rice Flour
1/4 kilo Rice flour (pampalambot sa kunat)
1/2 kilo Gata ng Niyog
1 can condensed Milk
1/2 white sugar
Sabaw ng Buko (sweet)
(2 pcs yung gagawing bukayo)
3 cups water

Toppings:
2 pcs Buko (or murang niyog Pwede)
1/4 kilo dark brown sugar (or sinuklob)

Mix lang lahat sa kawaling lutuan maliban sa gagawing toppings ๐Ÿ˜€ Then lutuin lang sa mahinang apoy sa loob ng mahigit 1 oras.

Inutak recipe

Ingredients
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup evap milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Cook in low heat until thicken.
Divide in two, set aside the half, for another half add 1 tbsp ube flavoring, mix until well combined.
Line into greased llanera/pan

Toppings
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup evap milk

Bake at pre heated oven 180C, 25 minutes until done

Yield: 2 llanera medium size

Ps.Double the recipe kung gusto ng maramihan.

Tupig ng Norte โค๏ธ
The Pangasinan delicacy โค๏ธ
Ingredients:
2 cups rice flour(malagkit)
1 cup young coconut strips
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
wilted banana leaves for wrapping, about 3 inch widgetโ€™s!

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients.
2. In a banana leaf, put a tablespoon of mixture then spread evenly and wrap.
3. Grill over hot charcoal for 5-10 minutes or until done. Turn frequently.

Serve warm ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘Œ

BIBINGKA WITH CHEESE & Salted egg๐Ÿ˜‹
Ingredients :
1 tablespoon baking powder 6 pieces banana leaves, round shape; about 9 inches in diameter
ยฝ cup butter
1 ยฝ cup coconut milk
3 eggs
ยฝ cup sticky rice flour
2 cups rice flour
1 piece salted egg, cut into wedges
1 cup sugar
For Bibingka Toppings

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon cheese, cheddar cheese or Edam cheese
1 tablespoon grated coconut
1 tablespoon sugar
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375ยฐ F.
While preheating the oven, brush butter onto the banana leaves.
Line the pans with banana leaves.
Beat the eggs.
Combine the eggs with butter and coconut milk and mix everything thoroughly.
Put rice flour, sticky rice flour, baking powder, and sugar together in bowl and again mix thoroughly.
Combine egg and rice mixtures.
Pour mixtures equally into the pans.
Top the mixtures with salted eggs.
Bake for 25 minutes.
When the rice cakes are already baked, brush butter onto them.
Place the rice cakes in a broiler until they turn slightly brown at the top. This may take about two minutes.
When done, add toppings to the rice cakes.

KALAMAY HATI RECIPEโค๏ธ
(Bohol delicacies )

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups glutinous rice flour
2 1/4 cups muscovado or brown sugar
2 cups coconut milk
2 cups coconut cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup latik

PROCEDURE:

Prepare a plate or round pan that you will use for the kalamay. Start by placing a clean banana leaf over a round pan. Brush some cooking oil or coconut oil on the banana leaf. Set aside.
Combine coconut milk, coconut cream, water, and glutinous rice flour in a deep cooking pot. Mix well until then texture of the mixture becomes soft. Use wire whisk if necessary.
Turn the heat on to medium. Gradually stir until the mixture starts to get hot. You will notice that lumps will form, continue to stir until bubbles appear.
Set the heat to low-medium. Continue to stir for 15 minutes.
Add the sugar. Mix well to incorporate. Continue to mix for the next 30 to 40 minutes or until the mixture becomes really thick and the color turns dark brown.
Transfer the thick mixture on the prepared plate or pan. Spread and top with latik.
Let it cool for a few minutes. Serve.

SUMAN BALANGHOY

Ingredients
1 cup fresh grated cassava (or frozen grated cassava)
4 tbsp coconut milk
โ…“ cup brown sugar (white sugar or light brown sugar)
ยผ tsp salt

Instructions
๐Ÿ“ŒPrepare banana leaves approximately 6 inches by 8 inches by wiping with clean paper towels then passing it on stove top flames to make it soft and pliable. Set aside.
๐Ÿ“ŒPeel and wash fresh cassava then grate using the side with smallest holes of a cheese grater. If you're using frozen grated cassava, let it thaw completely and drain excess liquid.
๐Ÿ“ŒUsing a clean kitchen towel, place grated cassava and squeeze out the liquid then transfer grated cassava in a separate bowl then add coconut milk gradually until cassava sticks together.
๐Ÿ“ŒAdd brown sugar and salt then mix with a spatula or spoon until well incorporated.
๐Ÿ“ŒLay banana leaf in a flat surface then scoop 1 ยฝ tbsp. of the cassava mixture near the edge of the banana leaf. Mold the cassava mix into a cylindrical shape approx. 4-5 inches long.
๐Ÿ“ŒRoll the banana leaf firmly to wrap the cassava mix then fold both sides of the leaf to secure the cassava inside. Repeat the process until all cassava mixture are done.
๐Ÿ“ŒArrange suman in a steamer and steam for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove suman from steamer and transfer in a plate. Let it cool down completely before serving. Bon appetit!

Ginataang Bilo Bilo RECIPE ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ’•

(MGA SANGKAP) Ingredients:

1/2 kilo glutinous flour (malagkit)
2 cups water (tantyahin din)
1/2 kilo purong gata or 4 cups coconut milk
4 cups pangalawang gata
1 baso maliliit na sago
1/2 kilo sugar white or brown pwede
Shredded coconut meat or Buko
Pandan leaves

1.) Paghaluin lang ang Malagkit powder at water dahan dahan lagyan hanggang maging maging okey na ang dough.
2) Saka bilugin lang ayon sa gusto mong laki gamit ang iyong mga malinis na palad.
3.) Sa isang lutuan ibuhos na ang kalahating kilong purong gata, pangalawang gata ,pagkumulo na ilagay na ang 1/2 kilo asukal pwede brown pwede white
Saka ilagay ang shredded coconut meat or Buko. At Pandan Leaves at ang bilo bilo saka haluin lang at at lutuin ng 20-30 minutes sa katamtamang apoy lang hanggang lumapot na at maluto na at lumutang na ang mga bilo bilo balls ay pwede na.
