♥️ "𝑰𝒕'𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒘𝒆 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒘𝒆 𝒑𝒖𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈." – 𝙼𝚘𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝚃𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚊 ✨

Today, May 14, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Mabalacat City College students from the Institute of Teacher Education, particularly BSEd - Mathematics 3A, together with their instructor in MCC102 Mabalacat City College: Philosophical Foundations, Ms. Mary Rose G. Ocampo, LPT, conducted an outreach activity held at Duyan Ni Maria Children's Home. The initiative not only aimed to provide essential materials, but also to share love, joy, laughter, and genuine connection with the beneficiaries.

The program began with a lively welcoming and an opening prayer, followed by a fun and thoughtful Bible-themed icebreaker that boosted the children’s energy and created a warm, inviting atmosphere. Volunteers actively joined the children in playing a game called "It's My Time to SHINE," a SHINE card activity inspired by BINGO. This game promoted teamwork, excitement, and bonding through joyful shouts of "Isa pa! Isa pa!", which filled the space with enthusiasm.

After the game, the children and volunteers shared a simple but heartfelt snack time—sandwiches and juice that brought smiles and casual conversations. Following this, 45 sets of essential school supplies were distributed to daycare up to college-level students. Additional donations also included like clothes, meant to support their daily needs and boost their readiness for the upcoming school year.

The activity concluded with heartfelt closing remarks from Ms. Mary Rose G. Ocampo, LPT, followed by a touching performance from the children which a sincere and joyful song that echoed their gratitude and appreciation, leaving us deeply moved.
