Earlier today, the MDRRMO Lupon conducted a ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐บ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐ณ ๐๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฉ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ผ๐น (๐๐ฉ๐๐ฆ), headed by their School Principal, Mr. Cristopher Vale. The activity highlighted the importance of disaster preparedness, situational awareness, and proper emergency response during earthquakes and other hazards.
The symposium was especially timely following the recent Magnitude 7.8 earthquake, where the Municipality of Lupon experienced Intensity VI shaking during the opening of classes. Through this activity, students gained valuable knowledge and practical skills that can help protect lives during emergencies. Empowering our youth with disaster risk reduction awareness is a crucial step toward building safer, more prepared, and more resilient communities.
The MDRRMO Lupon headed by our Mun. Government Department Head Mr. Alvin T Cafe, extends its heartfelt gratitude to Principal Cristopher Vale, the LVHS Faculty, Staff, and Teachers for the opportunity to share this important learning experience with the students. Together, we continue to strengthen a culture of preparedness and resilience among our young learners.
