𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆. Loay Fire Station duty personnel thru the leadership of SFO4 Felix L Tac-an, Officer-In-Charge, under the direct supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐀𝐔𝐋 𝐆 𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐈Ñ𝐎, 𝐉𝐃, 𝐃𝐏𝐀, Provincial Fire Marshal, spearheaded by Regional Director 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐋 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐒 𝐉𝐑, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, conducted water rationing at Poblacion Ibabao, Loay. The Bureau of Fire Protection continues to go beyond firefighting duties by extending its services to communities in need of clean water. With dedication, compassion, and a strong sense of duty, the BFP ensures that no community is left behind in times of need.

B𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐃𝐀 𝐄𝐒𝐊𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐀 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. Loay FS duty personnel spearheaded by 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐋 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐒, 𝐉𝐑, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, together with FSUPT RAUL G BUSTALIÑO, JD, DPA, Provincial Fire Marshal and SFO4 Felix L Tac-an, Officer-in-Charge of Loay FS, took part in the Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Concepcion Elementary School, Concepcion, Loay, Bohol. The program aims to bring together stakeholders, volunteers, and community partners in preparing schools for the opening of classes by conducting cleaning, repair, maintenance, and other improvement activities. Through their participation, the Loay Fire Station personnel demonstrated their commitment to supporting the education sector and helping provide a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for students and teachers.

The essence of a flag-raising ceremony is to symbolize unity, patriotism, and shared values, fostering national pride, respect for country, and a sense of belonging through solemn observance.
