Applicants are advised to prepare complete requirements. Those without urgent matters are encouraged to follow their assigned barangay-based schedule to ensure an orderly process.

The 𝗋enewal of business permits for January 2026 will follow a 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 schedule from 𝖩anuary 5 to January 30 (weekdays only).

Please be guided by our operational hours for business renewals, 𝗌𝗍𝖺𝗋𝗍𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖿𝗋𝗈𝗆 8:00 AM 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝗐𝗂𝗅𝗅 𝖾𝗇𝖽 𝗍𝗈 5:00 PM. All business owners are urged to follow their assigned schedule to ensure a smooth, efficient, and orderly 𝗋𝖾𝗇𝖾𝗐𝖺𝗅.

Observe proper hygiene 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝗁𝖾𝖺𝗅𝗍𝗁 protocols throughout the activity. Your cooperation and compliance are essential to keeping everyone safe and ensuring a productive start to the year.

All business establishments are hereby informed that the renewal of Business Permits for CY 2026 shall be conducted from January 5 to 30, 2026.

Business owners may renew their permits through the eGov Application System ( https://bpbc.ibpls.com/llorenteeasternsamar/login) to ensure a timely, efficient, and convenient renewal process. Early renewals is strongly encouraged to avoid surcharges and penalties.

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) – Borongan District Office will conduct a Plate Distribution Activity in the Municipality of Llorente, Eastern Samar.

📝 WHAT: Plate Distribution Activity
📍 WHERE: Municipal Covered Court
🗓 WHEN: Saturday, September 13, 2025
⏰ TIME: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

This activity is part of LTO’s continuous effort to bring services closer to the people and ensure that residents of Llorente are properly accommodated.

📌 Important Information:
Motorcycles first registered in 2014–2017, as well as those registered from November–December 2019 and January–December 2020, that have not yet received their physical plates, may now claim them.

Those who still do not have physical plates may also visit the Covered Court to verify if their vehicle’s plate is already available.

NOTE: There will be NO apprehensions – this activity is purely for plate distribution!

Requirements when claiming plates:

1. Photocopy of Official Receipt (OR)
2. Certificate of Registration (CR)
3. Photocopy of a valid ID of the person claiming the plate
