Honda XL125S | Full Restoration & Custom Build ❤️‍🔥

This Honda XL125S arrived without a wheelset, engine, and several other essential components. From there, the build went through a full restoration and custom process.

The chassis, swingarm, and fuel tank were stripped down to bare metal. The original tank had heavy rust and multiple pinholes, so it had to be repaired and restored properly before refinishing.

All paintwork was done in-house at our garage. We also added Honda-inspired decals to keep the nostalgic character of the original XL125S.

The front end was converted to a disc brake setup for better stopping performance, while the bike was upgraded with a fully reconditioned 250cc engine swap.

Finished with a cleaner wire tuck and a custom full exhaust in high-temperature black paint.
