𝐅𝐈𝐄𝐋𝐃 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐄𝐗𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐒𝐄 (𝐅𝐓𝐗) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The University of Batangas–Lipa Campus ROTC Unit proudly conducts the Field Training Exercise (FTX), a significant training activity aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, discipline, and leadership capabilities of ROTC cadets. Through a series of practical and hands-on exercises, participants are given the opportunity to apply military concepts and develop competencies essential for service, leadership, and personal growth.

The training includes Water Safety, Individual and Dual (IAD) Drills, Reveille, Knot Tying, First Aid Training, and Marksmanship. These activities are designed to strengthen physical endurance, teamwork, decision-making, and responsibility while equipping cadets with valuable skills in emergency response, life-saving procedures, and military preparedness.

Conducted on May 30–31 at Tally-Ho Garden Resort and on June 1 at the University of Batangas–Lipa Campus, the Field Training Exercise serves as a culminating activity that bridges classroom learning with real-world application. More than a training event, it fosters resilience, character development, and a strong sense of service, preparing cadets to become disciplined, capable, and community-oriented leaders committed to serving the nation.

𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍 | 𝐅𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘

The 15th Training Day of the University of Batangas–Lipa Campus ROTC Unit was conducted under the guidance and supervision of the Commandant and the Training Staff. The day began with the reveille of the Cadet Officers Candidate Course (COCC), instilling alertness and discipline among the cadets as they prepared for the day’s activities.

As part of the preparation for the upcoming Graduation Ceremony, the cadets participated in formation practices to enhance their discipline, bearing, and synchronization of movements. The activity aimed to ensure that every cadet displayed proper military courtesy, confidence, and professionalism during the graduation activities.

The ROTC Unit also conducted the Graduation Pictorial of the cadets and cadettes, where they showcased unity, teamwork, and pride as members of the organization. Their dedication and cooperation reflected their readiness to complete their training and move forward as disciplined and responsible future reservists.

At the end of the training day, the cadets and cadettes expressed their gratitude for the guidance and support provided by the Training Staff. They reaffirmed their commitment to uphold discipline, responsibility, and leadership as they prepare for their Graduation Ceremony and continue their journey in the ROTC program.

The University of Batangas-Lipa Campus ROTC Unit successfully conducted the 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗥𝗔𝗔𝗧𝗜). on 03 May 2026, spearheaded by 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗢 𝗖 𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗦 𝗝𝗥 𝗚𝗦𝗖 (𝗜𝗡𝗙) 𝗣𝗔, showcasing the unit’s excellence, discipline, and commitment to military service and leadership development. The successful conduct of the activity reflected the cadets’ dedication, teamwork, and preparedness in upholding the values and standards of the ROTC program.

The activity featured various inspection phases including the Ceremonial Parade and Inspection of Ranks, Military Stakes, and Administrative Inspection, where cadets demonstrated precision, coordination, tactical knowledge, and professionalism. Through every drill, formation, and performance, the unit exhibited resilience, determination, and unity, proving their capability to perform under pressure while maintaining discipline and composure.

It also served as a platform for the cadets and training staff to showcase their hard work, perseverance, and continuous pursuit of excellence in all aspects of military training and administration. The event highlighted the important role of ROTC in molding responsible, service-oriented, and competent individuals who are prepared to lead and serve the nation with integrity, honor, and patriotism.
