Most connection issues can be fixed with a simple restart.

2. Wait for 30 seconds to allow the device to fully clear its memory.
3. Plug it back in and wait approximately 2 minutes for the lights to stabilize.

Sometimes the "slowness" is caused by your devices rather than the internet line.
* Close unused apps: Background apps (like system updates or cloud backups) can consume your bandwidth.
* Disconnect extra devices: Too many phones or laptops connected at once can slow down the speed for everyone.
* Clear Browser Cache: If websites are loading slowly, try clearing your browser's history and cache.

If the speed is still not reaching your plan's limit:
Run a speed test.

NOTICE TO ALL SUBSCRIBERS

Due to the ongoing bundling and clearing of dead wires by VECO in Liloan Poblacion, many telco and internet lines have been affected. Because of this, several subscribers are currently cut off or experiencing LOS (Loss of Signal).

This is not only affecting our network, but also other providers in the area. Our main sources were also impacted, and we are already in coordination with them while repairs are ongoing.

At the moment, we cannot immediately repair some lines because VECO still needs to finish their clearing operations in certain areas before we are allowed to proceed with restoration.

Daghan jud ang naapektuhan ani, dili ra kita.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while VECO completes their clearing activity. Once they finish, normal operations should gradually return.
