A: It is the effect of this weather phenomenon called the shearline. A shear line is the point in the atmosphere where the warm air coming from the east (easterlies) and cold air coming from the northeast (amihan) converge or collide. A shearline is also called the tail end of a cold front.

As of 7:30pm January 16, 2026, ang mga official pages sa Liloan kay wala juy recent updates sa Cotcot River, action plan regarding sa bagyo. Kung naa man, hours ago pa and mga shared post from Pag-asa lang ang ila update.

Deserve pud sa mga victims and na affected sa Bagyong Tino, na naay updates, proper communication using ALL available means.

Pila na ka months and pila na ka bagyo ang milabay sukad sa Tino pero makita gihapon na daghan pa mu comment na mangayo ug update sa Cotcot River.
