‎The Libon Community College held its 22nd Commencement Exercises with the theme “𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬-𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞, 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬,” at Libon Macapagal Gymnasium on May 30, 2026.

‎The ceremony was graced by the Hon. Atty. Markgregor Edward C. Sayson, CHED RO V Education Supervisor II Dr. Rose Marie Arao, College Administrator Dr. Eden Rivera, College Dean Dr. Amelita Sadueste, Commencement Speaker Mr. Roldan Sesno, Municipal Councilors, Faculty and Staff, Graduates and their proud parents.

‎During the ceremony, graduates were formally recognized for successfully completing their respective academic programs and for finally earning the fruit of their perseverance, dedication, and hard work.

‎This year's graduation ceremony also served as a testament of the institution's commitment to producing graduates who are equipped with strong moral principles and professional competence.

‎As the ceremony concluded, the graduates of the Class of 2026 steps forward with pride and determination and carrying the lessons gained over years of study. ‎The Libon Community College (LICOM) National Service Training Program (NSTP) held its Graduation Ceremony on May 29‚ 2026 at Libon Macapagal Gymnasium with the theme‚ “𝘌𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵.”

‎The program formally commenced with the opening remarks delivered by Ms. Joy S. Rañada‚ NSTP Coordinator‚ who warmly welcomed the graduates‚ faculty members‚ and guests who attended the ceremony. She emphasized the significance of the National Service Training Program in shaping students into responsible‚ service-oriented‚ and community-driven individuals.

‎The ceremony continued with the formal presentation of the NSTP-CWTS and LTS candidates for completion by the College Dean‚ Dr. Amelita P. Sadueste‚ followed by the confirmation of the graduates by the College Administrator Designee‚ Dr. Eden B. Rivera.
‎
‎Hon. Mark Gregor Edward C. Sayson also delivered a message of support and inspiration to the graduates‚ highlighting the importance of students and youth who care about their environment and the communities where they live. “Sometimes the smallest act of service is the most genuine one‚” he said.
‎
‎Moreover‚ FO3 Rowel P. Reolo delivered an inspirational message to the graduates‚ emphasizing that leadership begins with a heart that is willing to serve.
‎
‎Furthermore, on behalf of the graduates‚ NSTP President Ivan Bonde delivered a message highlighting the experiences‚ lessons‚ and values they gained throughout their NSTP journey.
‎
‎Overall‚ the graduation ceremony became a celebration of commitment‚ service‚ and leadership‚ recognizing the students’ successful completion of the NSTP program and their readiness to become empowered individuals dedicated to serving their communities.
