ISAT U LEON Library

𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 | Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114 dated March 6, 2026, issued by the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines, the ISAT U Leon Campus shall implement the following work and class arrangements starting March 9, 2026:

• All office personnel shall report on-site from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, all office personnel are required to observe a Work From Home (WFH) arrangement and shall not be allowed to report to the office. However, they may opt for a compressed work arrangement, provided that the prescribed form is duly accomplished and submitted for approval.

• PDAS Janitorial and Maintenance Services Personnel shall observe a compressed work schedule from Monday to Thursday, with working hours from 7:30 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

• Security Services Personnel shall continue to perform their regular duties as per the approved duty schedule.

• Classes from Monday to Thursday shall proceed as regular classes following the approved schedule.

• Classes 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲 scheduled on 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 shall be 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐲 conducted on 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 and shall be held 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, either through synchronous or asynchronous modalities. Conversely, classes originally scheduled on 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 shall be 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 on 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 and shall be held 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞.

• Classes scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays shall be conducted online, either through synchronous or asynchronous modalities. Faculty members are required to observe a Work From Home (WFH) arrangement on these days and shall not be allowed to report to the campus.
