ng competitions are: Flair Bartending and Cooking Showdown, Latte Art, Fruit/Vegetable Carving, Dessert Plating, Table Skirting and Centerpiece Making and Cup Cake Decorating. After the grueling cook-and-chop battle, the top school will be declared as champion, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up and takes home big prizes plus the bragging right of being one of the best culinary schools in the land. Also, a consolation price will be awarded to participating schools. For past three years, the Event proves that competitions always play an important role in culinary arts as participants continually raise the standards of culinary excellence. There is no better way for a student to hone their craft than by putting their knowledge and skills to the test.
