• Print your Oath Form with the generated QR code.
• Prepare a soft copy of your 𝟮×𝟮 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 with a white background.
• Prepare ₱𝟭,𝟬𝟱𝟬.𝟬𝟬 for the registration fee through 𝗚𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵 and keep your proof of payment (Service Invoice or screenshot).
• Note the registration fee is ₱𝟭,𝟬𝟱𝟬.𝟬𝟬 for PRC processing and license ID card printing after the ceremony.
