This issuance is designed to enhance administrative efficiency, ensure transparency, and facilitate a smooth transition for both new and returning students.

Qualified Incoming Freshmen: June 29 – July 1, 2026
Waitlisted Applicants: July 2–3, 2026
Below Quota Screening Process: July 6-7, 2026
Regular Students (2nd to 5th Year): July 6–24, 2026
Below Quota Qualifiers: July 13–17, 2026
Irregular Students, Shifters, Second Coursers, and Returning Students: July 20–31, 2026
BUCEILS (Elementary & High School): July 27–31, 2026

Essential Reminders:
Admission Basis: Admission for first-year students is determined solely by BUCET results. For enrollment, a printed copy of the electronically signed BUCET result is required for verification.

iBUSIS Updates: Higher-year students must log in to their iBUSIS accounts and update their student profiles to signify their intent to enroll for the semester.

Medical Clearances: Students must adhere to the specific medical and dental examination schedules conducted by the University Health Services across various campuses. It will be automatically cancelled if the applicant does not appear during their appointment. Use the student portal for reappointment.

The first day of classes is scheduled for August 4, 2026.
