Moreover, the resort owner is presumed to be not unaware of this prohibition and is otherwise charged with sufficient knowledge that the conduct of such activity may be absolutely restrained or prevented by the proper authorities in the future. Hence, they are estopped from claiming that they acquired the requisite licenses in good faith and with proper regard of law.

Intelligence is not confined to books. There are people who are not good in terms of academics because they are bereft of opportunity to go to school for reasons beyond their control but nevertheless they excell in some areas outside the 4 corners of the classroom like in sports and skill-based work. Each one of us is unique on our own and it is not correct for us to compare one against another based only on his or her capacity to lets say speak fluently or to rank everyone based only on one category or field of training. To illustrate, Manny Pacquiao cannot be beaten by a Lawyer in the boxing ring but he needs a lawyer or at least an expert in lawmaking to help him draft his proposed bills in Congress.

It's sad to see a veteran and a legend like him switching teams as if he was not a treasure but a trash and especially when the initial team which drafted him should have retired him in the future. Teams should not only be concerned of its own interest but most of all keep their main man when he was still in his prime years.
