Personnel of Labo Fire Station, under the leadership of FSINSP MARK JOSHUA R MALANO, Municipal Fire Marshal, installed Philippine flaglets around the station premises and on fire trucks as part of the observance and preparation for the upcoming Philippine Independence Day celebration on June 12.

The activity aims to demonstrate patriotism, national pride, and support for the commemoration of the country's independence. The display of Philippine flaglets serves as a reminder of the sacrifices of our national heroes and encourages unity, respect, and love for the nation among personnel and the community.

Through this simple yet meaningful initiative, Labo Fire Station joins the entire nation in honoring the spirit of freedom and the enduring legacy of Philippine independence.

FO1 Lasala and FO1 Arquiza, together with the Mabini Interns, under the supervision of FSINSP Mark Joshua R. Malano, Municipal Fire Marshal, participated in the Brigada Eskwela at Claudio Villagen Elementary School, Brgy. Talobatib, Labo, Camarines Norte.

As part of their support for the school’s preparation for the opening of classes, the team rendered volunteer services by assisting in the painting of school facilities, helping create a cleaner, safer, and more conducive learning environment for the students.

This activity highlights the commitment of Labo Fire Station to community involvement and its continued support for educational initiatives that promote a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

Personnel of Tulay na Lupa Fire Sub-Station, under the supervision of FSINSP MARK JOSHUA R MALANO, Municipal Fire Marshal, participated in the opening of Brigada Eskwela at Tulay na Lupa Elementary School and Tulay na Lupa High School, Labo, Camarines Norte.

Simultaneously, personnel of Labo Fire Station together with Mabini Criminology Interns also participated in the opening of Brigada Eskwela at Malasugui Elementary School, Labo, Camarines Norte.

The activity aimed to support and strengthen community cooperation and volunteerism in preparing schools for the opening of classes, while promoting cleanliness, safety, and a more conducive learning environment for both students and teachers.

TRADITIONAL MONDAY FLAG RAISING CEREMONY | RANK INSPECTION | PROPER TURNOVER | 01 JUNE 2026

Labo Fire Station personnel, under the Leadership of FSINSP MARK JOSHUA R MALANO Municipal Fire Marshal attended the Traditional Flag Raising Ceremony at Municipal Grounds Labo Camarines Norte.

Afterwards, FSINSP MARK JOSHUA R MALANO MUNICIPAL FIRE MARSHAL Conducted Monthly Rank Inspections to reinforce discipline, readiness, and adherence to the BFP standards. These inspections are essential in ensuring that Personnels uphold the highest standards of professionalism and preparedness in fulfilling their responsibilities.

Lastly, the Proper Turnover of duties and responsibilities between incoming and outgoing personnel, ensuring a seamless transition and continued operational effectiveness.

FO1 Christian Calderon of Labo Fire Station, under the supervision of FSINSP MARK JOSHUA R MALANO, Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted a lecture and practical demonstration of Fire Hose Evolution and Fire Safety Lecture to Criminology interns of Mabini Colleges.

The activity is part of the ongoing internship program of the interns with the Bureau of Fire Protection, which aims to provide them with basic knowledge and practical skills related to emergency response and rescue operations. Through this training, the interns were able to gain a better understanding of proper patient handling procedures and the important role of Fire Officers in ensuring public safety and emergency preparedness.

FO1 Angel Marnel Banawa of Labo Fire Station, under the supervision of FSINSP MARK JOSHUA R MALANO, Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted a lecture and practical demonstration of Traditional and Compression only CPR, and FBAO to Criminology interns of Mabini Colleges.
