RECRUITMENT, SELECTION, AND ENGAGEMENT OF ARAL TUTORS AND SUPPORT AIDES
1. In line with the implementation of the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program pursuant to Republic Act No. 12028, and in accordance with Division Memorandum No. 001, s. 2026, this Office announces the recruitment, selection, and engagement of ARAL Tutors and Support Aides to support learner remediation and academic intervention activities.
2. This Office issues this call for applications, specifying the qualifications, requirements, functions, and selection procedures as follows:
A. Educational/Professional Background
• Teachers, para-teachers, pre-service teachers, and non-licensed education graduates
• Retired professional teachers
• Other licensed professionals
• College graduates
• Other individuals identified by the Department of Education
B. Competency
• Demonstrated proficiency in the subject area to be handled.
• Proficiency in the use of various teaching methods, as assessed during the hiring process.
C. Training
• Willingness to undergo mandatory training customized to the specialization, provided by DepEd or accredited institutions, including training in learner-centered pedagogy, psychological first aid, handling learners with diverse needs, and the effective use of educational technology and materials.
3. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience: Individuals with experience in tutoring, remedial instruction, or formal teaching.
• Residence: Preferably a resident of the community/barangay where the school is located.
• Specialization: Subject area specialization, most preferably in English and Mathematics.
4. Documentary Requirements
Mandatory Requirements for External Applicants for ARAL Tutors and Support Aides:
A. Letter of Intent (using prescribed template in Annex A or Annex 😎
B. Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025)
Additional Supporting Documents for ARAL Tutors and for Support Aide kindly disregard C and D if not applicable:
C. Proof of LET Eligibility/Rating/License/ID
D. Valid permit for para-teachers
E. Certification of Good Moral Character (e.g., Barangay Clearance or certification from TEIs)
F. Transcript of Records (TOR) or academic records
G. Certificates of relevant training

All applications shall be submitted to the School Head through the school's Administrative Section on or before April 28, 2026. Applications received beyond the said date shall no longer be accepted.
