The activity was facilitated and validated by the Municipal Operations Office of Labason, continuing its mission of reaching more families and bringing government services closer to the community. The activity began with a prayer led by Ms. Elena Lagoy followed with the inspiring welcome remarks from Hon. Rogelio J. Genabe Sr., Punong Barangay of Barangay Osukan, who expressed his full support for the program and its beneficiaries.

The validation process proceeded smoothly, followed by the issuance of Katibayan to the potential beneficiaries. Afterward, potential beneficiaries were guided through a clear and informative Program Orientation by Mr. Wilbert Sajulga, Municipal Link, helping them better understand the program’s goals, processes, and their responsibilities. A significant highlight of the activity was the Oath of Commitment led by Ms. Angeline Encabo, Municipal Link, where families expressed their sincere dedication to comply with the program and actively work towards improving their lives.

This successful activity was made possible through the continued support and strong collaboration of our valued partners - LGU Labason, Barangay Local Government Unit of Osukan, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, Local Civil Registry Office, Department of Education, Persons with Disability Affairs Office, and Labason Rural Health Unit.

Facilitated by the Municipal Operations Office of Labason, the activity continued to open doors of hope and opportunity for families aspiring to become part of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. The day started on a positive note with a warm and encouraging welcome from Hon. Luzminda Bongcawil, Barangay Kagawad, who expressed her full support for the program and its potential beneficiaries.

Following the validation proceedings and the issuance of Katibayan, potential beenficiaries were guided through a clear and informative Program Orientation by Ma’am Erma Dagohoy, Municipal Link. She helped the families better understand the program’s objectives, processes, and their roles as future beneficiaries. One of the most meaningful moments of the day was the Oath of Commitment led by Ma’am Cathy Jane Olinding, Community Facilitator, where families sincerely expressed their willingness to comply with the program’s conditions and actively take part in improving their lives.

This successful undertaking was made possible through the strong collaboration and support of our valued partners — LGU Labason, Barangay Local Government Unit of Bobongan, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, Local Civil Registry Office, Department of Education, Persons with Disability Affairs Office, and Labason Rural Health Unit.

On April 7, 2026, a meaningful milestone was achieved on the first day as the Registration and Validation of Potential Set 14 4Ps beneficiaries successfully took place at Barangay Gil Sanchez Covered Court, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte. The activity brought together families filled with hope and anticipation, taking their first step toward becoming part of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. Through the dedicated efforts of the Municipal Operations Office of Labason, the process was smoothly facilitated, ensuring that each participant was guided and informed every step of the way.

The program opened with a warm welcome from Hon. Obito Libron, Barangay Kagawad, setting a tone of unity and community support. An inspiring message from Ma’am Shirley G. Realiza, SWO III, reminded everyone of the true essence of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program which is to empower families towards a better and more secure future. Beneficiaries were then guided through the program orientation given by Ma’am Elena Lagoy, Municipal Link, followed by a comprehensive discussion on the 4Ps Core Systems by Sir Julius Amora, helping everyone understand their roles, responsibilities, and the benefits of the program.

A solemn and heartfelt moment was shared during the Oath of Commitment led by Ma’am Rose Maneja, Municipal Link which is a reminder of the shared responsibility between the program and its beneficiaries in achieving positive change. The activity concluded with encouraging closing remarks from Ma’am Vivian Manalo, Beneficiary Data Management Officer, leaving participants with renewed motivation and clarity.

Alinsunod sa Batas Republika Blg. 11315 (2019) o Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Act, gagamitin na ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) ang CBMS bilang bagong pamantayan at opisyal na batayan sa pagtukoy ng mga pamilyang mahihirap.

Dahil dito, nais naming ipaalam na ang lahat ng sambahayang nasa waitlist at may Client Status 21 (CS 21) ay hindi na magpatuloy bilang benepisyaryo ng Programa.

Gayunpaman, kung ang isang sambahayang nasa CS 21 o nasa nabanggit na waitlist ay matukoy ng CBMS na kabilang sa mahihirap na pamilya, maaari pa rin silang magkaroon ng pagkakataon na maging benepisyaryo ng 4Ps, matapos ang wastong proseso at beripikasyon mula sa DSWD.

Nais naming tiyakin sa lahat na ang prosesong ito ay upang masiguro na ang tulong ng 4Ps ay makararating sa mga pamilyang tunay na nangangailangan.
