From skills development to sustainable livelihood—this is Pagtataya in action.
Through the partnership of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program and the Department of Trade and Industry, 4Ps households are gradually transitioning from program beneficiaries into active drivers of their own economic growth. The provision of skills training in longganisa making, siomai production, scented candle making, and soap making has strengthened not only their technical capacities but also their confidence, creativity, and entrepreneurial mindset.
This initiative demonstrates that meaningful development is not solely defined by assistance received, but by the ability of families to apply acquired knowledge, sustain livelihood efforts, and build long-term stability. With enhanced skills and renewed determination, these households are taking significant steps toward self-sufficiency—affirming that, with proper support and perseverance, progress is attainable.

Babae sa Kasaysayan. Babae sa Sining. 💜
