KCNHS BSP

𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗨𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗

As students happily conducted their first day of classes, a 5 intensity earthquake hit Kidapawan City National High School (KCNHS), Today on 7:37 AM.

With no time to waste, 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀 of KCNHS BSP alongside other organizations assisted students with immediate care and evacuation.

Additionally, Kidapawan City Mayor, Atty. Jose Paolo Evangelista personally visited the campus to asses the situation- suspensioning classes to ensure the safety of the students.

𝗞𝗖𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗕𝗦𝗣 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 ⚜️

Through the combined efforts of Batch Sangkawal, the 17 Eagle Scout Candidates, and the 17 newly graduated Emergency Service Corps (ESC) Scouts, Brigada Eskwela 2026 became a testament to service and teamwork.

From June 1–5, they dedicated their time to cleaning, organizing, manning medical stations, and assisting teachers— truly carrying out the true spirit of volunteerism.

The scouts remained committed and worked hand in hand to create a cleaner and more welcoming learning environment.

Their dedication reflected the values of scouting and showed that even small acts of service can make a meaningful impact on the school community.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 | 𝐊𝐂𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐁𝐒𝐏 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Kidapawan City National High School - Boy Scouts of the Philippines (KCNHS BSP) honors their duty towards country as they salute the Philippine Flags, solemnly commemorating the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 through marching from Kidapawan City Catholic Cathedral to Kidapawan City Plaza, May 28.

This event was succesful as BSP Cotabato Council, being led by 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘄𝗲, 𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗖 and 𝗪𝗕𝗛 𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗢𝗷𝗲𝗱𝗮, 𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗖 --- raised the 10 historical flags through a ceremony. From the Kataas-taasang Kagalang-galangang Katipunan flags sewn for revolution and freedom --- to the present Philippine flag that waves freely alongside the breeze of liberty.

The 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 further improved communication between other schools within neighboring municipalities and gave them the chance to do the honor of raising the Katipunan and Philippine flags as KCNHS BSP has consistently served Kidapawan City in similar events.

WBH Maguid L. Makasimbual, ESIC, RS Julius C. Cervancia, ES Benedict C. Hordista, and VS Kendred Mohem B. Janani, ESC of Kidapawan City National High School Boy Scouts of the Philippines (KCNHS BSP) mentored the University of Laboratory Science - University of Southern Mindanao Square Knot Circle (ULS-USM SKC) on the updated senior scout advancement scheme and merit badge system at ULS-USM Campus, Kabacan on May 14, 2026.

Through the efforts of WB Muhammad Rajiv Buisan, ESA, the flow ran smoothly as he conducted the activity for the newly graduated Emergency Service Corps Responders to advance properly through the guidance of KCNHS BSP's Rank Advancement Officers.

Despite being different institutions, this grew their connection and determination together as one council --- for better communities as the new scheme supports the Scouts for Sustainable Development Goals, in partnership with the United Nations through requirements and activities.

Kidapawan City National High School - Boy Scouts of the Philippines (KCNHS BSP) alumni, 𝗪𝗕. 𝗞𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗗. 𝗔𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿, 𝗘𝗦𝗔 and 𝗘𝗦. 𝗕𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗧 𝗖. 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 along with 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲, 𝗩𝗦. 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗕. 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗶, 𝗘𝗦𝗖 participated as panelists at 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀, held at BSP Office, Kidapawan City on May 13, 2026.

Additionally, 𝗪𝗕. 𝗔𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿 and 𝗘𝗦. 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 have both served as panelists for two different batches of the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 (NBOR) 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 on January 10 at BSP Office, Kidapawan City and May 9 at Camp Bulatukan, Makilala.

Meanwhile, 𝗩𝗦. 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗶 recently passed his 𝗡𝗕𝗢𝗥 with outstanding remarks --- being part of the first 17 𝗘𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 within the 𝙀𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙤 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣.

As the 17 𝐄𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 assist the newly donned Emergency Service Corps Responders in their advancement papers, they conducted a meeting for the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗢𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 (NCOH) 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at Kidapawan City National High School on May 12, 2026.

This meeting was made possible through the efforts of 𝐖𝐁𝐇 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝 𝐋. 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐚𝐥, 𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐂 and 𝐑𝐒. 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐮𝐬 𝐂. 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚 as they have recently recieved the 𝗘𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 from the 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Moreover, it only took 5 months until the medallions and certificates to arrive as the papers were processed since the candidates took the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 on January 10.

Additionally, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐥 did a short refresh excercise for 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸-𝘁𝗼-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 --- honing their skills and capabilities as they will serve as 𝐑𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 for 𝗡𝗖𝗢𝗛 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🥾 .

From climbing ropes to flipping the 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭'𝐬 pages for the Merit Badge Counselor's signatures as 𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 - 𝐁𝐨𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (KCNHS BSP) Batch Sankawal have complied the requirements for multiple 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬 during the 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 (ESTC) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, held at Camp Bulatukan, Makilala. May 10, 2026 ⛑️ .

Through the guidance of 𝗘𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗖. 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮, they have rightfully and succesfully complied the requirements for the new 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 --- ensuring the growth of hatchlings within the newly graduated batch, following a path towards the highest rank in Senior Scouting, the 𝐄𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤 ⚜️.

With the training done, the scouts will continue to conduct projects that contribute to the 17 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 of the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 🇺🇳 --- all while earning merit badges with a purpose to shape and build a better world 🌎 .
