A day of insights, collaboration, and growth—our seminar was a resounding success! BIT students took a big step toward excellence! With guest speaker Mr. Rommel E. Mampang, the seminar 'The Art of Service Excellence: Mastering Practical Skills for Exceptional Customer Hospitality Experience' inspired and equipped our future professionals. Guided by the theme 'Where Heart Meets Service: Filipino Excellence in Action,' the event held at the USM Law Building on March 31, 2026, prepared our students to confidently embrace their upcoming OJT journey. Thank you to everyone who shared their expertise and energy in making this event truly impactful. Empowering BIT students with knowledge and skills—today’s seminar was a steppingstone to ensure they are fully equipped and confident for their on-the-job training journey.
