In celebration of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), through its Cybersecurity Unit, held an activity titled “Cybersecurity 101: Cybersecurity Awareness for Everyone” in partnership with the Kalibo Integrated Special Education Center (KISEC) on October 16, 2025.

The activity aimed to promote the responsible use of digital technology, raise awareness about online safety, and provide participants with useful knowledge and tools to protect themselves from common cybersecurity threats.

The DICT encouraged everyone to take part in this meaningful event and join in building a cybersafe and digitally responsible community.
