NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC!!!
NO SMOKING | NO VA**NG IN ALL PUBLIC PLACES
DURING OPENING SALVO 2026
In line with the advice from the Office of the Municipal Mayor and pursuant to Municipal Ordinance No. 2016-008 (Comprehensive Anti-Smoking Ordinance of the Municipality of Kalibo, Aklan), smoking and va**ng are strictly prohibited in all public places during the Opening Salvo 2026 celebrations.
We urge all smokers and va**rs to exercise responsibility and respect for the health and well-being of others, especially non-smokers.
Violators will face the following penalties:
• Fines ranging from ₱500.00 to ₱2,500.00
• Possible imprisonment
• Confiscation of smoking and va**ng materials
Let us work together to ensure a safe, healthy, and smoke-free celebration for everyone.
