Nakikiisa ang Pambansang Aklatan ng Pilipinas sa Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) at sa buong bansa sa pagdiriwang ng National Peace Consciousness Month 2025 ngayong Setyembre na may temang “Mapayapang Bukas, Abot-Kamay sa Bagong Pilipinas.”

Sa bisa ng Proklamasyon Blg. 675, s. 2004, idineklara ang buwan ng Setyembre ng bawat taon bilang National Peace Consciousness Month. Layunin nito na linangin ang higit na kamalayan at pag-unawa ng sambayanang Pilipino hinggil sa komprehensibong proseso ng kapayapaan upang mapalakas at mapanatili ang suporta at pakikilahok ng nakararami sa adhikaing ito.
