Pares Ni Ruru - Kabankalan

Stayed in Manila for 10years and have tasted pares from different corners of the city. Our chef was a technician assigned in Manila for 10yrs.

For those years, he was a suki at some various Paresan in Manila and his fave was the paresan in Gentri Cavite. When he went home in Negros in the year 2021, he thought of opening a paresan in Kabankalan. He started in May 2022 as a rolling foodcart but ceased operation in Sept 2002. In March 2024, he decided to sell again in his neighborhood.
